Many actors ask if they can register with Sien Josephine Casting, but it’s important to clarify that we are not a talent agency. We don’t represent actors or manage their careers. Our role is to find the right talent for productions, and while we may assist with contract negotiations on behalf of the production, we do not handle negotiations for individual actors. Additionally, we don’t rely on an exclusive database of actors; instead, we work through a variety of casting platforms to ensure we find the best fit for each role. Our casting decisions are always made based on the specific requirements of each project.
