Casting by Sien Josephine was set up by Sien in 2015, and specializes in casting on screen. With a reputation for finding new faces and casting well established talent alike, the company has a full time office in Belgium. Sien Josephine Teijssen started working in casting in 2011 and has cast hundreds of actors throughout Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom.

Casting is an amazing process because it’s taking somebody’s imagination and giving it life through actors. The goal of casting is to find the right people to tell a story. As storytelling is the common theme in all forms of media, casting is important because the characters onscreen are the first point of connection between the story and the audience. As a casting director, a passion for storytelling is essential and you should always strive for an inclusive representation.
