Approach
Whether we join a project early in development or later in the process, we always look at the cast as a whole. We think about chemistry, balance and the relationships between characters. Who works together, what feels believable and what does the film need.
Finding the right actors is always the starting point, but there is a bigger picture too. International co-productions, cast attachments, established names, emerging talent or completely new faces can all be part of that conversation.
Every project asks for something different. Our job is to understand what that is and build the cast around it.
