Maarten Lens is a Journalism graduate from AP Hogeschool who started his career as an intern-production assistant at VRT and Warner Bros. After gaining experience in management and sales, he transitioned into casting and currently works as a junior casting director on numerous projects for Sien Josephine Casting.

With an interest for storytelling, combined with his diverse background in journalism, production and management, Maarten is well-equipped to navigate the ever-evolving media landscape. His passion for discovering fresh talent and bringing stories to life is what drives him to excel in his role as a junior casting director.
