Casting Director, CSA
based in Belgium
working across film, television and commercials
Every project deserves a cast that feels true to its world. As a casting director, I shape each process with instinct and experience, searching for talent that feels real. Whether they’re trained actors or first-time performers, I’m drawn to people who bring something natural, something that makes you want to watch them.
No two projects are the same, and neither is my approach. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all casting. At Sien Josephine Casting, my team and I go beyond the expected, looking for presence, depth, and authenticity. Our expertise drives us to dig deeper and never cut corners, because casting is about more than just filling roles. We approach every casting process with care and intuition, always keeping the story at the heart of our work.
